Q: How long does it take until I get my order?

A: All orders are custom made. Average turn time is 5-7 business days not including shipping. Due to Covid19, some products may be delayed.

Q: Do I need to prep my walls first?

A: It is recommended you clean wall from any oil, dirt and debris prior to attaching command strips for hanging Display Boards.

Q: How do I Switch my Pics?

A: Lift the upper right corner and gently pull down towards the lower left corner of the Display Board. Make sure to clean any debris from the Print and Display Board. Gently roll the print into itself from the bottom up. Align the Print at the top allowing even spacing between the top and sides of the edge of the Display Board then guide the print as it unrolls onto the Display Board. 

Q: How do I store my prints?

A: The shipping envelopes and boxes also double as a "storage sleeve".  For print sizes 8"x10", 11"x14" and 16"x20", place you prints in ridged envelope and keep out of excessive heat or direct sunlight. For larger prints such as 20"x20", 20"x24", 24"x36", gently roll print up and put into box. Do not stack and keep out of excessive heat or direct sunlight.
